Depot Construction

Dalol Oil S.C., a newly established oil company, has started constructing a fuel depot at welenchiti town. The 7,825 m² land for the depot construction is acquired through a 70 years lease from Oromia regional State. 

Service Stations Constructions Finalized

Dalol Oil S.C, has finalized the construction of two service stations at Sululeta and ArbaMinch towns in partnership with owners of the facility.  These stations will start  operation very shortly to mark the commencement of the companys' business.

Shares Certificate

Dalol Oil S.C. has started issuing share certificates for share holders that have fully paid their share payments. Those shareholders who has fully paid their share payments can now collect the certificate from the head office of the share company found in Ethio-China Friendship Street (Wollo Sefer) Ambasel Building next to Medco Bio Medical College, 2^nd Floor, Room # 206. The share company kindly request those shareholder who have not finalized their share payment to finalize payment and collect share certificates.

 

New Board Members

Ato Chanyalew Yilma and Ato Adamu Tadele have joined the Board of Directors of Dalol oil S.C. as board members of the share company replacing the two board members who have resigned due to personal reasons. To this effect Dereje Walelign is elected as a Board Chairman.  The share company would like to thank those who have participated during the sales of shares, and each and every members of the company for their dedication and performance.
